Which types of wrap and paper towel fit?

The dispenser is designed for standard rolls of plastic wrap, aluminum foil and paper towels. Most common rolls sold in grocery stores fit without a problem.

How do I attach the dispenser to the fridge?

The dispenser has a strong magnetic back — hold it against the side or front of your fridge and it grips right away. No tools needed. If you'd rather mount it on a tiled wall or wood surface, screws are included in the box.

What's the difference between 1-tier and 2-tier?

1-tier holds one roll of wrap or paper towel plus a towel bar at the bottom — perfect if you mainly use one type. 2-tier holds two rolls (plastic wrap and aluminum foil, for example) plus the towel bar — ideal if you always want both within reach.

Are the cutters safe to use?

Yes. The cutters sit behind a covered guard and are used by pulling the wrap along the built-in cutting channel. You never touch the blade directly — you get a clean cut without exposing your hands to the sharp edges.

How do I clean the dispenser?

Wipe the outside with a damp cloth — the ABS material is easy to keep clean. Avoid getting the inner cutters wet. To change a roll, just lift the front panel and swap out the empty one.

How to send a return

  1. Contact us: Email support@hemlund.se with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Repack the item: Put the product back securely in its original packaging and make sure all labels and accessories are included.
  3. Ship the parcel: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Use a reliable, tracked shipping service.

Refund process: Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected. After approval a refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

A flat return fee of $4.99 (UK: £3.99) is deducted from the refund when you change your mind (free of charge if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong).

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your order. The statutory 14-day right to cancel (UK) is included within those 30 days.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the money to show up, depending on your bank.
