How do I inflate the sofa?

The sofa can be inflated by mouth, with a manual hand pump or with an electric pump (pump not included). Inflating with an electric pump usually takes 2–5 minutes. The valves sit on the side of the sofa.

What is the flocked surface?

The flocking is a velvet-like material applied over the PVC surface. It is soft against the skin, absorbent and more comfortable than plain glossy vinyl. The surface is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Can the sofa be used outdoors?

The sofa is designed primarily for indoor use. It can be used outdoors now and then on dry ground, but it should not be left in direct sunlight for long periods, as that can affect the material.

How do I store the sofa when it is not in use?

Open the valves to let the air out. Fold it up compactly and store it somewhere dry. Fold it gently without sharp creases to avoid damaging the material.

How much weight can the sofa hold?

The inflatable double sofa is built for adults and comfortably seats 2 people in normal use. Make sure the sofa is fully inflated for the best stability and comfort.

Where do I send my return?

How to send a return

  1. Contact us: Email support@hemlund.se with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Repack the item: Put the product back securely in its original packaging and make sure all labels and accessories are included.
  3. Ship the parcel: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Use a reliable, tracked shipping service.

Refund process: Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected. After approval a refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

We don't offer exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order. Any questions, email support@hemlund.se.

A flat return fee of $4.99 (UK: £3.99) is deducted from the refund when you change your mind (free of charge if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong).

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your order. The statutory 14-day right to cancel (UK) is included within those 30 days.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the money to show up, depending on your bank.
