Where do I send my return?

How to send a return

  1. Contact us: Email support@hemlund.se with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Repack the item: Put the product back securely in its original packaging and make sure all labels and accessories are included.
  3. Ship the parcel: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Use a reliable, tracked shipping service.

Refund process: Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected. After approval a refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

We don't offer exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order. Any questions, email support@hemlund.se.

A flat return fee of $4.99 (UK: £3.99) is deducted from the refund when you change your mind (free of charge if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong).

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your order. The statutory 14-day right to cancel (UK) is included within those 30 days.

The Large version is about 20–22 cm (7.9–8.7 in) tall and the Small version about 13–15 cm (5.1–5.9 in) tall. Both have a base about 10 cm (3.9 in) in diameter.

The lamp is powered by a USB cable (included in the box). You can plug it into a USB charger, a computer, a power bank or a USB hub.

The lamp is made from a semi-transparent resin that lets the LED light shine through and create the cloud effect. The base is made from a dimensionally stable material.
