Where do I send my return?

How to send a return

  1. Contact us: Email support@hemlund.se with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Repack the item: Put the product back securely in its original packaging and make sure all labels and accessories are included.
  3. Ship the parcel: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Use a reliable, tracked shipping service.

Refund process: Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected. After approval a refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

We don't offer exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order. Any questions, email support@hemlund.se.

A flat return fee of $4.99 (UK: £3.99) is deducted from the refund when you change your mind (free of charge if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong).

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your order. The statutory 14-day right to cancel (UK) is included within those 30 days.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the money to show up, depending on your bank.

How does the solar charging work?

The solar panel on top of the light charges the built-in battery automatically during daylight. 6–8 hours of sunlight gives a full charge. A built-in dusk sensor switches the light on at dusk and off at dawn – fully automatic.

How long do the lights stay on each night?

With a fully charged battery the lights glow for 15–22 hours a night in steady mode. In pulsing or flowing mode the run time can vary a little depending on the mode and the temperature.

Can the lights handle rain and cold?

Yes, the lights are IP65 rated, which means they are protected against water jets from every direction. They handle normal winter conditions with rain, snow and cold – you can leave them outside year-round.

What lighting modes are there?

The lights have four modes selected with a single click: dripping light, flowing light, pulsing light and a steady glow. Every mode gives a warm white LED light. Pick the one that suits the mood of your garden.

How do I install the lights?

Just push the stake into soil, a lawn or a flower bed – no tools needed. Choose a spot with enough sunlight during the day. The lights come on automatically at dusk with no further setup.
