Where do I send my return?

How to send a return

  1. Contact us: Email support@hemlund.se with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Repack the item: Put the product back securely in its original packaging and make sure all labels and accessories are included.
  3. Ship the parcel: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. Use a reliable, tracked shipping service.

Refund process: Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected. After approval a refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

We don't offer exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order. Any questions, email support@hemlund.se.

A flat return fee of $4.99 (UK: £3.99) is deducted from the refund when you change your mind (free of charge if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong).

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your order. The statutory 14-day right to cancel (UK) is included within those 30 days.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the money to show up, depending on your bank.

What's included in the package?

The package contains one floating corner shelf with a built-in LED glow, plus mounting screws and instructions. Everything you need for installation is included.

How do I mount the shelf?

The shelf mounts in a 90-degree inside corner using the included screws. Mark the holes, drill and screw the bracket in place – installation takes about 10–15 minutes and needs no special tools.

How is the LED lighting powered?

The LED light connects by USB cable to a standard USB charger or power bank. The cable is easy to hide along the wall. The lighting can be switched on and off as you like.

Does the shelf fit every corner?

The shelf is designed for the standard 90-degree inside corners found in most homes and apartments. Check that your corner is square before mounting.

How much weight can I put on the shelf?

The shelf is best suited to lighter items such as potted plants, lanterns, books and ornaments. Avoid heavy objects and spread the weight evenly for the best result.
